Meetings

In parallel with our Festival and Competition, we invite you to experience a unique, immersive journey at the heart of the "Rencontres" of the International Ventoux Flute Festival.

Whether you are a passionate flutist, a young budding flutist, a dedicated student, an enlightened amateur, or a seasoned professional, this event is tailored for you, with this year's edition focusing on a holistic approach to the flute.

💡 The great advantage of our schedule: Lessons, masterclasses, and workshops take place mainly in the morning. Your afternoons are therefore completely free to practice, explore the region, lounge by the pool, and attend the festival events!

🌟 Why join us? The highlights of this edition:

Exceptional Lessons and Masterclasses: Benefit from personalized advice and the expertise of our high-level team of international instructors. A rare opportunity to enrich your technique and musical sensitivity.

Collective Practice (Ensembles & Orchestra): Designed for all participants who wish to share music in a group, the ensembles will be formed at the beginning of the "Rencontres" and will work independently, followed by an instructor. This work will be presented during the open stages throughout the festival. In parallel, a festival flute orchestra will be set up depending on the number of registrants.

Workshops Specific to Individual Practice: To approach the instrument from a more holistic perspective, we offer workshops on themes that will nurture your daily life as a musician, with sessions covering posture, breathing, practice methods, or even generative improvisation.

Concerts and Competitions: Concerts of the Festival and the Competition will be open-access and entirely free of charge for all participants of the "Rencontres". Carpooling logistics will be put in place for access to the concert venues.

Welcoming Minors: We do not have a specific course for the youngest ones, but depending on requests for minors aged 14 to 18, we can certainly set up adapted supervision. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the possible arrangements.
