For your reservation, you will need to prepare the following documents beforehand:

For the competition, each member of the ensembles must register individually by paying the membership and registration fees.

 

The International Ventoux Flute Festival offers a special program for minors aged 14 and over.

Unaccompanied minors will be supervised by qualified instructors and flutists, and will be able to participate in the workshops and competition.

The cost of this program is €700. This includes supervision and full-board accommodation in a holiday center in Buis-les-Baronnies. The registration deadline for this program is May 15, 2026. To reserve it, you must pay a €250 deposit (reservation fee) and the remaining balance by June 4, 2026.

Please note that this program does not include membership (€10) or registration fees for the workshops (€300) or the competition* (€90 per ensemble member).

*If you are registered for the competition, you do not need to pay the workshop registration fees.
